Perfect stay with an amazing view
Everything was absolutely perfect! The hosts were incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was wonderful — we could hear the sea from the accommodation, and watching the sunrise was simply magical.
This stay truly put the finishing touch on our holiday in Cyprus. We loved every moment of it and would happily choose this accommodation again without hesitation. Highly recommended! ❤️ Nothing

Everything was perfect!
The location is extraordinary, right on the beach, near the bus station and across the non-stop store.
The room was perfect, spacious and ckean, full of cabinets and drawers, and the kitchen had all the equipment you need.
And the view... the best! Waking up over the sea and having your coffee on the terrace... priceless!
The host was great with us and we hope to come again! Maybe the mattress of the bad could've been a little bit firmer and another coffee maker.

The apartment is wonderful - nice, comfortable, at a great location, about 5 minutes walk from the main beach, but also very calm and quiet.The location is safe anytime. There is a good supermarket at the end of the street, which is very convenient. There are also a lot of transportation options next street, including a bus to and from the airport. The self check-in is really straightforward. We were able to check in late and leave early in the morning with ease. Thank you very much for the experience, we enjoyed our stay at the Modern City Stay apartment, and highly recommend it. Just a couple of minor things, like a mirror in the bathroom and a waste bin in the kitchen will be a great addition to the already great apartment.

Proprietatea este absolut superbă, pe malul mării, spațioasă, deși canapeaua expansibilă este în bucătărie nu a fost o problemă pentru noi. Curățenia a fost ca la carte iar comunicarea cu proprietarul super eficientă! Până acum aceasta este cazarea noastră preferată și cu siguranță ne vom întoarce! Comoditatea pe care o oferă faptul ca ai plajă la 2 pași de tine și nopțile adormind cu sunetul mării nu se compară cu nimic!

This apartment is excellent, without a doubt. For me, it is the best in the city. The team is perfect, and the owner is a very respectful, caring person who is genuinely concerned about you. He is also always available in the apartment next door, ready to help whenever needed.
The team is exceptional, the best team I have ever encountered. They are extremely flexible, they do everything they can to help you, and they respond with impressive speed.
I would come back a thousand times. I went there intending to stay for one week and ended up staying for more than a month. The location is perfect, it is safe, the team is very attentive, and the fact that the owner is always nearby gives you an extra sense of security. He is always willing to help and solve any issue related to your stay.
Simply the best apartment and the best place for anyone looking for assistance, good amenities, a great view, and safety. You never feel like you are in a neglected place — quite the opposite, you can feel the care and attention in every detail. Tudo é perfeito

The apartment was very well maintained. The host responded almost immediately. It was very comfortable. I would happily stay here again. The building is a bit dated but most of the buildings in the center of Larnaca are older.

Obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do centrum. Apartament na 4 pietrze, posiada fajny balkon na ktorym mozna zjesc sniadanie - stol i krzesla. Są 2 lazienki osobne to duzy plus. W kuchni podstawowe urzadzenia a takze plyny, kapsulki do zmywarki - wszystko ok. Jest suszarka do wlosow, żelazko, przedłużacz z odpowiednimi przejściami. Pokoje i lozka wygodne. Moze tylko w jednym pokoju brakowalo szafek nocnych przt lózku - ale to naprawde szczegół. Dalismy na spokojnie rade. Apartament przestronny. Czysty. Bylismy w dosyc chlodne dni, klimatyzacja dzialala dobrze - mozna bylo sie odgrzać. Poza tym, Byly dodatkowe kolderki w szafie. Brakowalo nam jednej bo bylismy w 5 osob - po zgloszeniu tego faktu ze potrzebujemy jeszcze jedenej dla piatej osoby w apartamencie - bardzo szybka reakcja i zostala dostarczone przez obsluge. Tak ze kontakt na plus, szybki i mily bardzo. No nie ma co napisac - wszystko bylo ok.

It was my first time in Cyprus so I didn't really know what's a "good" location, I'm happy to say I could not have chosen better. You have a panoramic view of the water and Marina, the "downtown" central area next to the water is 2 minutes away, there Is a intercity bus stop on under 1 minute away, takes you all over Cyprus for €5. The apartment is large, clean and well priced. You can see the sunrise in the morning ( added 2 photos ) As others have mentioned... Could do with more toilet paper. We had 2x rolls for 6 days and 3 people and needed to buy some more.
